Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 will have shipping costs calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
Processing Time
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or package forwarding services.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.

System Cancellations
We do our best to keep our inventory and product information up to date. There may be times when an order or part of an order is canceled due to reasons such as: an item being unavailable, difficulty processing payment information, inability to ship to the address provided, a duplicate order, or a data transmission error. If this happens, we'll notify you by email.
Customer Requested Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify it, as our system begins processing orders immediately. If you no longer want an item after it arrives, you're welcome to return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
