Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
All Mohinder Sports products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, valid from the original date of purchase.
The warranty covers structural or material defects that result from manufacturing, not from use. It does not cover normal wear and tear from regular play, breakage resulting from impact during use, misuse, improper care or storage, or items that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than us.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at mohindersports.hockey@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos of the issue. We'll evaluate your claim and let you know if a repair or replacement is available.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom or personalized products (such as special orders) cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at mohindersports.hockey@gmail.com.
